Data controller

Club Darija — Léa Zillweger EI, contact@clubdarija.com. Address and full contact details in the legal notice.

What we collect and why

When you book, we collect your first name, last name, email address, WhatsApp number, the booking details (date, time slot, number of participants, amount) and the optional message you leave us. This information is needed to process your booking: without it, we cannot confirm it.

We use it to manage your booking and send you the confirmation and practical information (performance of the contract), and to keep our accounting records (legal obligation).

Card payments are handled directly by Stripe: we never receive your card details. To protect the website against abuse, your IP address is kept for a few days (legitimate interest). Audience statistics are only measured with your consent (see Cookies below).

Who receives it

Club Darija and the teacher of your session (first name, last name, number of participants). Our technical providers: IONOS (website hosting, France), Stripe (payment), Google (audience statistics, only with your consent). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by law (European Commission standard contractual clauses or equivalent). As the experiences take place in Morocco, your booking details are also consulted there.

How long we keep it

Booking data: 3 years after your experience. Accounting records: 10 years, as required by law. Security data: a few days. Audience cookies: 13 months at most.

Your rights

You may access, rectify or erase your data, restrict or object to its use, request its portability and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to contact@clubdarija.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (France, cnil.fr) or the CNDP (Morocco, cndp.ma).

Without your consent, the website only stores your language choice and your cookie choice in your browser.

With your consent only, Google Analytics sets audience cookies (_ga, _ga_*) for up to 13 months to measure the audience of the website.
